We are looking for an LCR & Billing Analyst with a strong background in telecom operations to join our team. This role focuses on optimizing call routing, analyzing billing data, and reducing costs to drive productivity and profitability.

Role Overview

The LCR & Billing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing international call traffic, routing strategies, and billing data from multiple countries and carriers. This role requires a cost-conscious mindset to minimize expenses, enhance operational efficiency, and support management in making informed, cost-effective decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage and analyze Least Cost Routing (LCR) to optimize international call traffic.

● Review and evaluate call rates and invoices from multiple countries and vendors.

● Develop and implement strategies to minimize telecom costs and maximize productivity.

● Provide data-driven insights to guide cost-efficient decision-making.

● Monitor billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies with vendors and finance teams.

● Prepare detailed reports on routing performance, billing trends, and cost savings.

● Collaborate with technical and operations teams to streamline processes and reporting.

● Stay updated on international telecom trends, rate changes, and regulations.

Ensure billing compliance and accuracy for MVNO, Calling Card, App-based, and Wholesale VoIP customers.

Familiarity with VoIP technologies, CDRs, and telecom billing systems (e.g., Digitalk, Nextone).

Requirements:

● 3 – 5 years of experience in the telecom industry with a focus on billing and routing.

● Strong understanding of international call rates, carrier negotiations, and routing strategies.

● Expertise in analyzing billing data, invoices, and cost reports.

● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on cost optimization.

● Proficiency in telecom reporting tools and data management systems.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

● Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
