𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠:


Maintain and optimize LCR tables and routing engine configurations (prefixes, cost thresholds, quality filters).

Import and normalize carrier rate cards/tariffs; convert them into standardized formats for routing engines.

Evaluate and compare multiple carrier routes based on cost, quality metrics (ASR, ACD, PDD), latency, and capacity.

Monitor live traffic to detect route degradation, failures, or anomalies; trigger fallback or re-routing strategies accordingly.

Test, qualify, and onboard new carrier routes; perform route quality tests (voice probes, call sampling).

Work with network / engineering teams to provision routing changes (MML, API, configuration).

Apply number portability (MNP) checks and manage updates in the routing logic.

Automate routine tasks and alerting for route quality / cost anomalies.


𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:


Audit invoices, settlements, and statements from carriers / interconnect partners to ensure billing accuracy.

Reconcile traffic records (CDRs, invoices, clearing house statements) to identify discrepancies and resolve them.

Raise disputes or adjustments with carriers; track resolution and adjustments in billing systems.

Calculate and monitor margin leakage, interconnect cost, and profitability per route or destination.

Support revenue assurance efforts (detecting fraud, misroute, bypass, test traffic).

Manage billing system configurations (rate tables, tariffs, billing rules) and coordinate with IT / billing teams.

Prepare regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on route cost, quality, margin, dispute resolution, and route performance.

Liaise with finance, accounting, and audit teams to validate accruals, reversals, and interconnect liabilities.
