
Business Development Intern – Sales

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, client acquisition, and digital tool adoption. This internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about business growth, relationship building, and learning how to leverage technology for sales success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in identifying, qualifying, and generating leads through research and outreach.
- Build meaningful connections for the company using LinkedIn and other networking platforms.
- Support in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target audiences.
- Help prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Track and update CRM systems with accurate client information and progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.
- Participate in sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Assist in creating reports to track sales performance and business development metrics.
- Explore, test, and adopt new digital tools or platforms that can improve business processes.
- Train and guide the team on how to leverage these tools to gain a competitive edge in sales and outreach.

Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools/software and explain their use to the team.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional outreach and networking.
- Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts (preferred but not required).
