Brandix Soft is a results-driven digital marketing agency offering SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development. We partner with global clients — from startups to enterprise brands — to deliver measurable growth through data-backed strategies.
We are expanding our sales division and seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive with a proven track record in international B2B sales and team leadership.
This is a dual-role opportunity where you will:
- Generate revenue by closing high-value digital marketing deals.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior sales professionals.
Ideal candidates are goal-oriented, skilled in consultative selling, and experienced in leading high-performance sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation
- Make 60–100+ outbound B2B calls daily to decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, Founders) in UK/US markets
- Close 5–7+ digital marketing deals per month (SEO, PPC, SMM, Web Development)
- Create tailored proposals based on client KPIs and objectives
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business
Sales Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 junior sales reps
- Conduct weekly performance reviews, pipeline checks, and call coaching sessions
- Share best practices to improve outbound sales performance
- Drive the team to consistently meet and exceed quotas
Market Strategy & CRM Management
- Identify new opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
- Position Brandix Soft as a go-to partner for enterprise-level solutions
- Manage pipeline and performance tracking in CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce)
Qualifications (Required)
- 3+ years international B2B cold calling (UK/US markets preferred)
- 2+ years sales team leadership in a performance-driven environment
- 1.5+ years selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM)
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals (six-figure PKR or higher)
- Fluent English (neutral, UK, or US accent preferred)
- Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Target-driven with strong leadership and coaching ability

Working Hours (Mon–Fri)
- UK Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (PKT)
- US Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT)
- On-site role only (Lahore-based candidates)
