Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Service Representative located in Lahore. The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for scheduling appointments, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, verifying insurance information, and understanding medical terminology. Daily tasks include interacting with patients, maintaining medical office operations, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

  • Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Insurance Verification and Medical Terminology proficiency
  • Familiarity with Medical Office operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
  • Becholars or equivalent; additional certifications in healthcare-related fields are beneficial
