Job Summary

ABS International seeks a YouTube Page Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive long-term growth of our YouTube channel during night shifts. This role requires expertise in content strategy, audience engagement, and YouTube algorithm optimization. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills and experience in digital marketing with a focus on video content optimization 19.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content calendars aligned with brand objectives
  • Coordinate video topics based on audience interests and trending themes
  • Implement data-driven content strategies to maximize viewer engagement

Video Publishing & Optimization

  • Upload videos with fully optimized metadata (titles, descriptions, tags)
  • Create SEO-optimized thumbnails to maximize click-through rates
  • Implement advanced YouTube SEO strategies for maximum visibility
  • Ensure all content follows YouTube's community guidelines and policies

Community Management

  • Monitor and respond to audience comments promptly to foster engagement
  • Manage community posts and interactive polls to increase viewer interaction
  • Address negative and spam comments to maintain community standards
  • Implement strategies to build and nurture an active subscriber base

Analytics & Performance

  • Analyze YouTube Analytics including watch time, CTR, and engagement metrics
  • Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights
  • Recommend data-driven improvements for channel growth and optimization
  • Track and report on key performance indicators weekly

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with video editors, scriptwriters, and influencers
  • Manage content deadlines and production schedules effectively
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality

Monetization & Growth

  • Oversee monetization strategies including ads and channel memberships
  • Execute growth tactics through collaborations and YouTube Shorts
  • Track and adapt to YouTube algorithm updates regularly
  • Develop and implement subscriber growth strategies

Required Skills & Tools

  • YouTube platform and algorithm expertise (2+ years experience)
  • Video SEO and digital marketing knowledge
  • Graphic design proficiency (Canva, Photoshop)
  • Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut)
  • Project management tools experience (Trello, Slack, Notion)
  • Night shift availability (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
