Job Overview
Winnors is hiring
fresh candidates
to join our calling team. The role is simple: you will call U.S.-based prospects, follow a given script, and transfer interested callers to our
senior sales agents
. No prior sales experience is required—we provide full training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make calls to U.S.-based prospects.
  • Follow the provided script accurately during calls.
  • Transfer calls to senior sales agents if the customer agrees or shows interest.
  • Maintain basic call records in the system.
  • Meet daily/weekly calling targets.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (no prior experience required).
  • Good English communication skills (must).
  • Confident personality with a clear voice and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work night shift (U.S. business hours).
  • Basic computer knowledge.

Shift & Benefits

  • Shift: In between 6 am PST to 6 pm PST, Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Type: On-site, Full-time (9 hours)
  • Compensation: Fixed salary + Commission + Performance incentives
  • Training: Full training provided
