Sales Executive for Umrah

Key Responsibility as Sales Executive for Umrah Specialist & Tour Packages :
Note: Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Package Sales: Promote and sell Umrah and tour packages to customers, meeting sales targets.
Customer Relationship: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Package Customization: Tailor packages to meet individual customer requirements.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Sales Outreach: Engage with potential customers through various channels (phone, email, in-person).
Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of Umrah and tour packages, including destinations, services, and amenities.
Booking and Payment: Manage booking processes, payment collections, and documentation.
Customer Support: Provide pre- and post-sales support, addressing customer queries and concerns.
Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams (operations, marketing) to ensure seamless customer experience.
Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, reporting on achievements and challenges.
The goal is to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and build a loyal customer base. Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience:
High school diploma / equivalent
Minimum 2/3 Years of Sales Experience
Must have experience in handling directly with customers
Excellent Communication Skills
Negotiating Skills Target and Goal Oriented
Knowledge of Umrah Industry will be preferred
Knowledge of International Tour Packages will be preferred
Knowledge of Pakistan Tour Packages will be preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60, Rs80,000.00 per month
