We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Lead Generation Calling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients through platforms like Google My Business (GMB), reaching out to them via phone, conducting brief qualifying conversations, and scheduling meetings with our technical staff.

This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills in English and a strong desire to learn and grow in a professional environment. Freshers are welcome to apply – training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential leads using platforms like Google My Business (GMB) and other online tools.
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and engage them in professional conversation.
  • Ask relevant qualifying questions to understand the client's needs and interest.
  • Record key details from the conversation accurately in our CRM or tracking system.
  • Schedule meetings between interested clients and our technical team.
  • Follow up with leads when necessary to ensure smooth communication and meeting attendance.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, energy, and confidence during all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Good verbal communication skills in English (must be clear and confident).
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Basic knowledge of internet tools and platforms (like Google Maps, GMB, etc.).
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
