Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Intern
to join our team. The selected candidate will support in preparing
Request for Proposals (RFPs)
, managing design-related tasks, and assisting with documentation needs. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, highly organized, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and formatting RFP documents.
  • Support design requirements (presentations, layouts, and other project visuals).
  • Maintain and organize project-related documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely submission of RFPs and deliverables.
  • Conduct research and gather information relevant to proposals and documentation.
  • Provide general support to the team in ongoing projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
