CMA Electronic International (Pvt.) Ltd. is a prominent name in the lighting manufacturing industry in Pakistan. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales team and drive business growth.
Position Overview
As the Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for formulating and executing corporate sales strategies, managing a high-performance sales team, and building strong relationships with key clients. This leadership role requires a proactive, strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and a passion for driving revenue and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement effective corporate sales strategies.
- Establish realistic sales targets and quotas for the team.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track KPIs, and forecast sales performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key corporate clients.
- Proactively address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Anticipate customer needs and tailor solutions that align with business objectives.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of high-performing sales representatives.
- Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and target-driven sales culture.
Sales Operations:
- Manage departmental budgets and monitor sales-related expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Utilize CRM tools and technologies to enhance sales team performance.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Other Duties:
- Support crafting presentations, assisting with sales completions, and promoting enhanced performance outcomes.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Candidates should possess 5 years of relevant sales experience. Preference will be given to those who have previously worked in the LED lighting, wiring, or related electrical industries.
- Proven success in corporate sales or business development, consistently meeting/exceeding targets.
- Strong Commercial acumen and industry expertise.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to achieve organizational goals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data.
