Eligibility Criteria:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR
Past experience in HR Operations
Familiarity with using HR software
Proficiency in MS Excel and G Suite
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Manage employee exit procedures and clearance processes.
Oversee payroll account opening, UIN tagging, and the issuance of visiting cards for new staff.
Ensure the timely renewal of Group Health, Group Life, and Pay Continuation insurances.
Process EOBI and SESSI monthly payments promptly.
Manage regulatory benefits and processes for employees.
Monitor and update employee attendance on a monthly basis.
Maintain the master sheet of employees.
Update data in HRIS systems.
Ensure proper file maintenance.
Assist in the processing of employee loan and leave cases.
Address employee grievances in a professional and efficient manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45, Rs60,000.00 per month
