About the Role

PPC Batman is looking for a highly experienced
Business Development Manager
to join us
as a partner
. We need someone who can consistently bring in leads, build strong relationships, and close high-value clients—especially for
Meta Ads–focused digital marketing services
.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is ready to grow with the agency. As we scale, you'll also have the
opportunity to become the Head of Sales and lead the entire Sales team
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close new clients for Meta Ads, Google Ads, SMM, and Web Development services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach → meetings → pitching → closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships.
  • Create and execute strategies to drive revenue and expand market reach.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
  • Lead, build, and eventually head the Sales team
    as the business grows.
  • Represent the agency in partnerships, negotiations, and business development opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years
    of proven experience in Business Development, B2B sales, or client acquisition (preferably in digital marketing or IT agency environments).
  • Strong expertise in selling
    Meta Ads and digital marketing services
    .
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Advanced skills in
    cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns
    , and networking.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Sales, Navigator, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality, and long-term vision.
  • Leadership qualities with the willingness to
    grow into the Head of Sales role
    .
