Job Opportunity: Customer Success Agent

Biztek Apps is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Customer Success Agent to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills, a solid American accent, and a passion for customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you

Location: Defence Mor, Walton Road, Lahore

Timings: Night Shift (7 PM to 5 AM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert Hot Leads: Engage with potential clients and convert warm leads into satisfied customers.
  • Provide Support: Offer exceptional customer support through various channels, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
  • Resolve Issues: Effectively handle customer complaints, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist with Onboarding: Help new clients understand our products and services and guide them through the initial setup process.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English with a solid American accent (mandatory).
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: Passionate about helping others and solving problems.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using customer support software and CRM systems.
