Design Henge is seeking a Remote International Recruitment Coordinator to support our hiring needs across global markets. The coordinator will be responsible for sourcing and pre-screening job applicants, conducting phone screenings, recording interviews for review, and ensuring applicant information is accurately delivered to the appropriate management team based on role and location requirements.

The ideal candidate must ensure all recruitment activities align with international labor practices and compliance standards while maintaining a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Streamline the candidate screening process for multiple restaurant locations.
  • Conduct standardized phone screenings using a predetermined form.
  • Record all phone interviews and make them accessible for review by the company's leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with EEOC standards and State of New Mexico employment regulations.
  • Pass along screened applicant information to the correct management team based on candidate's location preference.
  • Recommend additional recruiting platforms/software as needed for better applicant reach.
