Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Online Bidder/Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and bidding on potential projects, communicating with clients, understanding their requirements, and generating business opportunities. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing proposals, negotiating terms, closing deals, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Effective engagement with online platforms to secure projects and achieve company revenue targets is crucial.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Online Bidding, Business Development, and Sales
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Proposal Writing, Client Engagement, and Market Research
  • Knowledge of IT Services, Software Development, and Digital Solutions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the IT industry is a plus
