Position: Thalassemia Unit Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Management of camps.
  • Scheduling meetings and arrange different camps in different institutes.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with Thalassemia departments and help in arranging blood.
  • Monitor Hospital Supplies and coordinate replenishment when needed.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Location: Dhoraji, Near Saylani Chowk and Opposite to AKUH.

Job Type: Full-time
