We're looking for an SEO Specialist to supercharge our online presence, boost rankings, and grow our digital footprint. You'll take ownership of SEO strategy, content optimisation, and reporting, working closely with our web development team, digital agency and business stake holders to deliver measurable results.

What you'll be doing:

  • Define and report on clear SEO goals and KPIs focused on revenue-driving channels and content.
  • Balance on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Run regular audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
  • Recommend improvements to architecture, linking, and content.
  • Use AI, automation, and proprietary assets to scale impact.
  • Keep the business informed of shifts in the SEO landscape.
  • Build and manage the digital analytics stack, GA4, GTM, tagging, and reporting.
  • Translate business questions into structured measurement frameworks and dashboards.
  • Own end-to-end tagging architecture: events, parameters, triggers, conversions, custom dimensions.
  • Build dashboards in Looker Studio or Power BI to enable non-technical teams to self-serve.
  • Define data governance and documentation to ensure analytics consistency.
  • Partner with tech teams to validate data layer setup and support future migrations.
  • Support marketing and digital leads with A/B testing, CRO, and performance analytics.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven record of hands-on experience for Google GA4 setup / implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, including On Page SEO, Off Page SEO, Technical SEO and Local SEO.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Alliai, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Search Console, meta pixel, SEMRush, Ahrefs)
  • Strong hands-on experience with UX, Clarity, and conversion funnels.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of user engagement and behavioural signals
  • Experience improving rankings and growing organic traffic
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Positive, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of SEO experience is required for this position.
  • Analytical and commercially minded, with strong numeracy skills
  • Awareness of how emerging search formats (e.g., AI Overviews, AI Mode) impact strategy
  • Confident communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ownership mindset - decisive, accountable, and outcome-driven
