Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fiverr & Upwork Account Manager, based in Lahore. The role involves managing client accounts on Fiverr and Upwork, sourcing projects, communicating with clients to understand their requirements, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. The Account Manager will oversee proposals, manage negotiations, and maintain strong client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role entails monitoring competitive trends and implementing strategies to enhance performance on both platforms.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing Fiverr and Upwork accounts, including writing proposals and client communication.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Sales Strategies, and Market Analysis to optimize account performance.
  • Strong Organizational Skills, Time Management, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to maintain and grow client relationships.
  • Understanding of WordPress development and related services is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and reporting software is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
