Job Title 1: Business Developer – Online Platforms (Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn)
Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Business Developer to drive new client acquisition through online platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be skilled in identifying potential leads, preparing winning proposals, and converting inquiries into successful software projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage company profiles on Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn to generate consistent leads.
Write persuasive proposals, tailored project bids, and personalized client messages
Identify new project opportunities daily and respond promptly to job postings.
Build relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the technical and design team to understand project requirements and pricing.
Track ongoing projects, client communication, and conversion ratios.
Maintain CRM or internal tracker for leads and project progress.
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in online bidding and lead generation on Fiverr and Upwork.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong understanding of software services such as web development, mobile apps, UI/UX, and digital products.
Ability to negotiate and close deals confidently.
Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead generation tools.
Target-driven with a self-motivated attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
