Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Rawalpindi. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers through inquiries, providing exceptional support, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will act as a key point of contact, addressing customer experiences and enhancing their interactions with the company. Responsibilities include maintaining professionalism, clear communication, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.

  • Skills in managing Customer Experience and facilitating positive interactions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
