Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager and R&D Chef, located in Karachi Division. The Production Manager and R&D Chef will oversee the planning, coordination, and control of production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and are produced efficiently. This role includes developing and testing new recipes, ensuring operational compliance with food safety standards, managing production staff, and maintaining production schedules. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the management team to innovate and improve operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in food production, kitchen management, and recipe development
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements
  • Ability to lead, train, and manage production teams effectively
  • Proficiency in developing and testing innovative recipes and product ideas
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or related field is preferred
