Job Purpose

  • Timely delivery of departmental system development requirement in coordination with Commercial, IT and Product development teams . Also make sure that PTA compliance should be 100 % ensured against non bio activities through compliance team

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead departmental system development requirement with commercial and IT product development teams
  • Analyze departmental system development need by keeping in view the business requirement
  • Product paper review that is shared by concern stakeholder for risk mitigation and reporting point of view - Induction of innovative processes for operational efficiency
  • Prioritize system development in coordination with all stakeholders
  • Strong follow up with Commercial, IT, Product development teams for the implementation of PTA policies and high priority project
  • Provide weekly/monthly visibility against the development projects
  • Data integration and development that supports ongoing delivery of services and business strategy for S&D domains & regional BI
  • Strong coordination with relevant department for the delivery of projects
  • Project management related to different systems & report automation with IT domains (BSS Planning, in-house development, DWH)
  • Lead compliance team to provide complete operational support to nationwide franchises and CSC against Non-BVS actives
  • Provide weekly /monthly visibility of all system actions performed along with channel-wise request trends and immediately report any observed risk or system compromise/process loophole.
  • Identify current system loopholes w.r.t PTA compliance and ensure to fix loophole with coordination with stakeholders

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree preferably in Computer Science/Business Administration/MIS is required

Work Experience: At least 4-6 years of relevant experience Skills - Generic:

  • Should have the skills for managing small and Complex changes
