Momentum Consulting Group is hiring on behalf of our client— a Canadian Management and IT Consulting firm providing transformative solutions across diverse sectors.

The Head of Marketing will lead strategy, planning, and execution across all digital and traditional marketing channels, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement for the company's suite of services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee brand positioning, content strategy, and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Manage digital platforms — SEO, SEM, social media, and paid campaigns.
  • Coordinate with service teams to design client-specific go-to-market campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing spend for ROI.
  • Lead a creative and digital marketing team to deliver high-quality campaigns.
  • Build strategic partnerships and oversee event marketing and PR initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication
    from a reputable university.
  • MBA in Marketing
    or specialization in
    Digital Marketing / Brand Management
    will be an added advantage.
  • 8–12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in consulting or technology sectors.
  • Strong digital marketing and brand management expertise.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
