Administrative Secretory to Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders

  2. Manage marketing director calendars, including arranging appointments and meeting.

  3. Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to the development of new sales initiatives

  4. Manage and Maintaining the Schedules.

  5. Travel arrangements and accommodation for director.

  6. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls.

  7. Maintain files and records.

  8. Coordinate Internal and External meetings and necessary arrangements for meeting ahead of time.

  9. Provide reminders and notification for upcoming events and deadlines.

  10. Manage day-to-day activities.

  11. Work closely with the sales team to support business development activities.

  12. Coordinate with schools and bookstores for promotions and collaborations.

  13. Coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up

  14. Manage sales database, track sales performance, and provide data analysis

  15. Assist in developing sales strategies, proposals, and presentations

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing or related field

  2. Proven experience (2+ years) in a similar role.

  3. Proficiency in CRM Odoo software

  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  5. Attention to detail and accuracy.

  6. Strong communication and organizational skills.
