Role Overview

We are seeking a
dynamic and intelligent Assistant to the Business Head
who will work closely with the leadership team in driving the company's business growth, strategic alignment, and performance through our
Introducing Broker (IB) and partner network
across Pakistan.

This is not a traditional administrative or business development position rather it is a
strategic support role
designed for someone who wants to learn, grow, and evolve into a future
managerial leader
within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Business Head in
    day-to-day operations, performance tracking, and execution of strategic initiatives
    .
  • Coordinate between internal teams (marketing, business development, operations) to ensure
    smooth alignment and target achievement
    .
  • Maintain and organise
    IB and partner data
    , performance reports, and business KPIs.
  • Support in
    developing presentations, proposals, reports, and professional documents
    for internal and external use.
  • Conduct
    basic research and analysis
    to support decision-making and business strategy formulation.
  • Participate in
    meetings with IBs/partners
    and ensure proper follow-up, documentation, and communication.
  • Identify process gaps and come up with
    creative, out-of-the-box solutions
    to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and proactive coordination on behalf of the Business Head.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Education:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    0–2 years of relevant experience in business development, strategy, or strategic operations
    (fresh graduates with strong learning ability are encouraged to apply).

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office

  • Exposure or basic understanding of
    financial markets, trading, or brokerage operations
    will be considered an advantage.
