We're seeking a Business Development Executive who specializes in 
lead extraction, outreach, and appointment booking
 within the Tech and SaaS industry someone who can turn data into opportunities and opportunities into growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and extract high-quality leads from platforms like 
    LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Apollo, ZoomInfo
    , etc.
  • Qualify and segment leads based on business needs, industry, and potential.
  • Create targeted outreach campaigns to connect with tech decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Founders, etc.).
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos for Escalo's technical sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and contact details.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align outreach messaging with current offerings.
  • Track, analyze, and report lead generation and appointment metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation and appointment setting within the Tech / Software / AI / IT Services domain.
  • Strong hands-on skills with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to understand technical products and position them effectively to potential clients.
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Bonus: Experience in 
    cold email campaigns, automation tools, and data scraping tools
    .
