Business Development Executive – Upwork

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team, dedicated to generating business through Upwork. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in online bidding, lead generation, and closing sales on Upwork, with the ability to consistently achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.
- Craft engaging and customized proposals to attract potential clients.
- Generate qualified leads and successfully convert them into long-term clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales and project acquisition targets.
- Provide regular progress and performance reports.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience working on Upwork.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent negotiation abilities.
- Ability to write clear, persuasive, and client-focused proposals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work on-site in DHA Phase VI, Karachi.
