Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The position is located in Faisalabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, developing and implementing HR strategies, managing the recruitment and selection process, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves employee relations, performance management, and the development of initiatives to improve company culture and employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention
  • Proficiency in performance management and employee relations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
