Next Level Software is looking for a motivated and organized
HR Intern
. This is a great opportunity to learn about HR and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help with hiring — post job ads, review resumes, and schedule interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding and documentation for new employees.
  • Update and maintain employee attendance and leave records.
  • Prepare HR documents such as letters and reports.
  • Support employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Help with daily HR and administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with team members to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Handle employee questions with care and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Eager to learn and grow in the HR field.
  • Able to keep information private and handle sensitive data.
