Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience:

5–10 years
of proven success in a similar industry, with a strong record in project-based and B2B construction sales.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Steel Structures, or Architecture (highly preferred and considered a key advantage).

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to ensure continuous growth and ERP competency.
  • Monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Deliver training on ERP and sales tools for effective system utilization.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry decision-makers and partners.
  • Conduct regular client and project site visits to strengthen partnerships and drive business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly reports on sales performance and activities to management.
  • Promote continuous improvement in sales processes and overall team efficiency.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the organization's sustainable growth.
