Customer Service Executive

The role of a Customer Service Executive revolves around delivering excellent customer service and fostering customer satisfaction. This position is open to both freshers and experienced individuals, making it an exciting opportunity for professionals at varying levels of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Active Listening and Query Handling:

The primary responsibility involves attentively listening to customer inquiries and issues. This requires understanding customer concerns thoroughly to ensure effective problem resolution.

- Query Forwarding:

Forwarding customer queries and concerns to the relevant departments or personnel after proper comprehension and evaluation.

- Script Adherence:

Strictly following given scripts to ensure consistent, structured, and coherent communication in line with the campaign guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- Strong Communication Skills:

Candidates must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers.

- Open to All Experience Levels:

Fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Salary: Competitive package ranging from 35,000 to 50,000 pkr.

- Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives are available.

Work Hours and Environment:

- Office Timing: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, accommodating a dynamic and productive work shift.
