Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive (CSE) located in Lahore. The Customer Service Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide support, manage customer service operations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include answering calls, addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining customer service standards.

- Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Customer Service Management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Previous experience in telecommunication or BPO industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
