We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure first-call resolution and provide timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and improve service quality.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills English (Must Have Skill)
- Previous working experience in a similar project.
- Problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexible to work in all shifts (morning, evening, night).
