Role Overview
Looking for an L1 Deskside Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on IT support experience. The role involves providing desktop, hardware, software, and network-related support while ensuring system uptime, compliance with security policies, and smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 support for Windows OS, software applications, and IT tools.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, hardware components, peripherals, and end-user security issues.
Perform basic troubleshooting for network, datacenter, AV, and telephony equipment.
Support software installation, configuration, and GxP applications in coordination with vendors.
Collaborate with IT leads and business units for seamless local/remote IT support.
Maintain IT asset inventory, prepare reports, and lead assigned IT tasks.
Ensure adherence to organizational IT security policies.
Requirements
2–3 years of relevant IT support experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking.
Familiarity with GxP applications (installation & troubleshooting).
Good Communication English + Urdu
