We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate individual to join our team as an Outbound Call Center Representative & Social Media Handling for an Australian Based Company Project having an established business for around 9 years.

Timings: 6am to 3pm (PST)

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

  • Contact potential customers from lead lists.
  • Explain offering services, promotions, and terms clearly and persuasively.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and follow-ups to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Meet weekly/monthly sales or engagement targets.

Social Media Handling:

  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
  • Post and schedule engaging content based on marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on engagement metrics.
  • Escalate complaints or sensitive issues to management appropriately.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on ad creatives and promotions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call center roles.
  • Knowledge of major social media platforms and basic content handling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confident phone presence.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Meta Business Suite, and WhatsApp Business (preferred).
