ABS International seeks a skilled Customer Support Representative for international night shift operations. Deliver exceptional service to global clients while developing your career in customer experience at our Karachi facility. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries across phone, email, and live chat channels for international clients .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance customer retention and satisfaction .
  • Promote company products and services to global audiences .
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently .
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in CRM systems .

Requirements

  • 1+ years of international customer support experience (BPO or call center background preferred) .
  • Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written (C1 level or equivalent) .
  • Proven ability to resolve complex customer issues effectively .
  • Availability for night shift schedules (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM PKT) .
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills .
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Zendesk) is advantageous .
