Role Purpose

The Head of Finance (Mini CFO) will provide strategic financial leadership and hands-on oversight for a lean but high-impact finance function. The role is critical to ensuring EV Tech's financial operations remain efficient, compliant, and aligned with business growth and expansion objectives.

As EV Technologies scales in the EV sector and diversifies into new products such as scooties, battery solutions, and charging infrastructure, the Head of Finance will lead financial modeling, planning, and governance to support this expansion while maintaining strong financial discipline and compliance.

Key Responsibilities


• Act as a financial business partner to the CEO, supporting strategy, growth, and decision-making.


• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.


• Build and maintain financial models for business growth and new product lines.


• Ensure tax compliance and reporting (sales tax, withholding tax, corporate tax, and regulatory filings).


• Establish and enforce internal controls, SOPs, and reporting standards.


• Manage external audits, regulatory inspections, and investor/board queries.


• Oversee relationships with banks, financing partners, and investors.


• Mentor and guide the finance team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Qualifications & Experience


• CA (preferred), ACCA, ICMA, or MBA Finance.


• 10+ years' progressive finance experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.


• Strong knowledge of Pakistani tax laws, SECP regulations, and compliance frameworks.


• Hands-on with ERP/accounting systems and financial reporting tools.


• Proven ability to build and stress-test financial models for expansion and new products.
