Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual to lead B2B sales efforts, expand our client base, and build long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial or packaging sales, a strong understanding of B2B dynamics, and the ability to drive growth through strategic selling and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B clients in FMCG, food, beverage, textile, and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and competitor activities.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with production, design, and dispatch teams for order execution.
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize sales contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and monitor client payment collections.
  • Visit client facilities regularly for follow-ups, quality feedback, and relationship building.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline summaries for management.
  • Collaborate with marketing for product promotions, packaging innovations, and pricing strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of packaging materials, carton specifications, and production timelines is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Must have own conveyance for client visits.

Pay: Rs45, Rs60,000.00 per month
