
Specialist - Telco & Channel Partner Enablement & Marketing

Role Purpose
Own and drive the day-to-day success of Mercantile Pakistan's telecom and distributor partners across Enterprise, Education, and Consumer segments. Your primary mandate is partner enablement— equipping partners through compelling propositions, hands-on marketing support, and efficient commercial operations, enabling them to sustainably grow a profitable Apple business. Additionally, proactively identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities that unlock incremental volumes and advance Mercantile's market leadership.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Partner Management
- Own the relationship matrix (commercial, marketing, finance, supply-chain contacts).
- Deliver playbooks, training sessions and real-time deal support that raise partner win-rates.
- Integrated Marketing Leadership
- Craft and run multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, retail, telco assets).
- Track funnel metrics, optimise spend, and share best practices across partners.
- Compelling Offer & Program Development
- Build plug-and-play toolkits for DaaS, EMI, extended warranty, insurance, buy-back.
- Package financial models and pitch decks partners can instantly deploy.
- Commercial Operations & Billing Excellence
- Coordinate with Finance on invoicing schedules, credit notes and recovery calls.
- Proactively flag risk accounts; negotiate workable repayment plans.
- Market Intelligence & Performance Reporting
- Produce concise dashboards on run-rate, campaign ROI, stock health, and competitive moves.
- Present actionable insights in weekly leadership huddles.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2-3 years in channel/partner enablement, telco alliances or B2B marketing (consumer-tech or telecom preferred).
- Proven success launching partner programs and digital campaigns that moved revenue or attach-rate needles.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing preferred, but open to all disciplines).
- Solid command in Excel / Sheets.
