Role Description

This is a full-time role for an IT Support Engineer at OLX Pakistan Lahore Office. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, administering systems, and offering Tier-1 IT support. Day-to-day tasks include responding to technical inquiries, resolving system and network issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring the seamless operation of systems and applications. This is an on-site role, located in Pakistan.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
  • Information Technology and System Administration experience
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science
