Beaconhouse National University (BNU) is looking for a bright and energetic resource for the position of IT Support Engineer.

Job Description:

As IT Support Engineer, you will carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist and help teachers and students in the operation of computers, multimedia projectors and related equipment.
  • Gain expertise, with the help of equipment manuals, in the operation and maintenance of all equipment under use of IT Resource Centre, ensuring trouble-free operations.
  • Set up computer systems, multimedia projectors and related equipment in a timely manner for classrooms/labs and de-install after use in accordance with operating instructions.
  • Exercise due care and diligence for the safe custody, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
  • Actively coordinate with the Administration Department of the University.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer.
  • Prior experience as IT Support Engineer in a university will be preferred.
