In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, managing customer relationships, providing assistance through various communication channels, and ensuring that customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive image for the company.

Requirements:

  • Strong command of English (spoken and written both)
  • Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism
  • Remote position (must have a laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection)
  • Location: Lahore (remote work)
  • Shift: Morning and Evening
  • Timing: 10 am to 6 pm and 6 pm to 2 am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
