
Virtual Assistant

Role Overview You will act as the first point of contact for warm leads. Your mission: engage sellers, understand their motivations, build trust, and move them through our acquisitions pipeline. You'll handle everything from following up via SMS to jumping on calls and locking in agreements. You don't need real estate experience, but prior sales experience, strong English communication, and initiative are key.
Key Responsibilities Lead Follow-Up & Qualification: Engage with warm leads in the CRM (by texting and calling); Ask qualification questions to gauge motivation, property details, and pricing expectations; Build and maintain personal rapport with sellers.
CRM Management: Tag and update lead statuses; Maintain detailed notes from every conversation; Set and manage follow-up reminders.
Cold Calling (Occasionally): Call new prospects or cold leads using a provided script; Gather property information and seller motivation. Appointment Setting: Schedule callbacks and follow-ups for deeper negotiations; Notify the owner of high priority leads needing escalation.
Market Research & Comp Checks (Trainable):
Look up basic comps using Zillow, MLS and other tools Other Admin Tasks (As Needed): Organize documents in a neat and structured format and assist with simple list cleaning or data entry when needed.
Requirements Proven sales experience (real estate is a plus but not required) Fluent in English (written and spoken) with a neutral or friendly accent Comfortable engaging sellers via phone and text
Tech-savvy:
Quick to learn CRMs, SMS platforms, and tools (High Level, Zillow, Land Comping Tools, etc.) Stable internet connection and professional work environment
Timings: Availability to work 9 AM – 5 PM CST (Houston time) Compensation & Growth
• Base Monthly Pay (to be discussed, based on experience).
• Performance Bonuses or Commission on deals closed
• Potential to grow into a more advanced position
