Job Title: Admin Coordinator

Location: I-8 Markaz, Islamabad

Department: Education

Reports to: Head of Education

Job Purpose:

The Admin Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing administrative operations related to the NAVTTC Training Program and organizational support functions. The role involves ensuring smooth program execution, handling agreements of apartments and facilities, and maintaining efficient coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. NAVTTC Training Program Management

  • Coordinate with trainers, trainees, and NAVTTC representatives for program execution.
  • Maintain training schedules, attendance, and documentation as per NAVTTC requirements.
  • Prepare and share reports, records, and compliance documents related to the training program.
  • Support logistics, including classroom arrangements, materials, and resources.

2. Agreement & Apartment Management

  • Manage agreements of apartments, including drafting, renewal, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with landlords and vendors for rental, maintenance, and utility-related matters.
  • Ensure timely payments and compliance with company policies.

3. General Administration

  • Oversee travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements for employees and guests.
  • Handle procurement and vendor management for admin-related supplies and services.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of administrative records.
  • Support in organizing office events, visits, and meetings.

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of documentation and contract management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3 years+ of relevant experience in administration, coordination, or program management.
  • Experience in handling agreements and external stakeholders will be an advantage.

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
