Performance Marketing Specialist
who is passionate about delivering measurable results, optimizing campaigns, and driving growth for our clients. We serve clients in Pakistan, UAE, Saudia Arabia, UK, US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across
    Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping), and TikTok Ads
    .
  • Develop, manage, and monitor campaign budgets ensuring efficient ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like
    Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Data Studio
    .
  • Provide detailed performance reports and insights with actionable recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform trends, new features, and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with the creative/content team to align ad strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience
    in managing performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Strong knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience with
    Pixel setup, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking
    .
  • Ability to work with data, analyze performance metrics, and optimize for ROI/ROAS.
  • Strong communication skills to explain results and strategies clearly.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in
    e-commerce performance marketing
    .
  • Knowledge of SEO/ASO as a plus.
  • Familiarity with
    email/SMS automation tools
    .

Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data
  • Experience with pay-per-click (PPC) advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multiple departments
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
