Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute
    SEO strategies
    to improve website rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Perform
    keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization

  • Optimize and manage
    YouTube titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and metadata
    for maximum reach.
  • Plan
    YouTube content strategies
    based on search trends and user intent.
  • Track performance using
    Google Analytics, Search Console, YouTube Studio, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
    .
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to
    ensure SEO-friendly output across platforms
    .

Requirements:

  • Proven experience
    in Search Engine Optimization (on-page & off-page).
  • Hands-on experience with
    YouTube SEO strategies
    and
    growing organic channel reach
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    algorithms, ranking factors, and keyword intent
    .
  • Familiarity with
    technical SEO
    (site audits, schema, page speed, indexing).
  • Ability to
    analyze data and present actionable insights
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    content strategy and copywriting
    is a plus.

  • Experience with
    AI-assisted SEO workflows
