
Deputy Manager Human Resources

As the Dy. Manager HR, you will play a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and management of all HR practices and policies within the entire organization group. You will take the lead in building our HR department, creating systems that support our growing workforce, and driving a culture of excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise will directly influence the success of our business and the well-being of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and Scale HR Infrastructure:
- Develop and implement best-in-class HR practices, including performance management, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and benefits.
- Ensure smooth integration of HR systems that facilitate employee data management, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.
- Ensure payroll processing, benefits administration, and attendance management.
- Building and implementing HR & Payroll Software for easy data management and access with dynamic reporting
Strategic Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Lead the recruitment process and create a strategic approach to attracting, hiring, and retaining top-tier talent across all levels of the organization.
- Build relationships with external partners, including recruiters, job boards, and universities, to create a strong talent pipeline.
- Partner with leadership to understand business needs and proactively plan for workforce requirements.
Employee Engagement & Development:
- Design and implement robust employee development programs that foster growth, enhance skills, and nurture career advancement.
- Spearhead training initiatives and workshops that help employees reach their full potential and drive the company's performance.
- Implement engagement strategies to promote a positive workplace culture and improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Performance Management & Leadership Development:
- Develop and oversee a performance management system that aligns with company goals and values, encouraging a high-performance culture.
- Guide leadership on how to effectively manage performance, provide feedback, and identify high-potential employees for leadership development.
Compensation, Benefits, & Employee Wellness:
- Create competitive compensation and benefits structures that attract and retain top talent, while maintaining internal equity.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure they align with employee needs and industry standards.
- Implement employee wellness initiatives that promote a healthy work-life balance.
Legal Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Address and manage employee relations issues, grievances, and conflicts, ensuring a fair and respectful working environment.
- Manage HR audits, reporting, and documentation to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Use HR metrics to track the effectiveness of HR initiatives, employee engagement, and turnover, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on key HR metrics, insights, and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record of establishing and managing HR functions.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience building and implementing HR systems and processes in a growing organization.
- Experience in a multi-company or complex organizational environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and ability to handle complex HR challenges.
- Proven ability to drive change and improve employee engagement and performance.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is must.
