Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Coordinator, based in Lahore. The IT Coordinator will manage and oversee the organization's technical needs, provide technical support, and troubleshoot system and network issues. Day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining smooth operations of IT systems, collaborating with teams to resolve technical concerns, and ensuring efficient network administration. The role will also involve analyzing system performance and implementing enhancements where necessary.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in Information Technology and Network Administration.
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, with an ability to resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to identify and address system inefficiencies and make proactive improvements.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with system security measures, monitoring tools, and IT infrastructure management is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
