E-commerce Listing Assistant – UK Beauty Reseller

About the role

We're a UK beauty reseller looking for a detail-driven, organised, and hard-working assistant to help us keep product data clean and publish listings at scale. You'll own spreadsheet preparation in Matrixify for Shopify and handle bulk listings to eBay and Depop.

What you'll do

  • Matrixify (Shopify) data prep: Fill in and clean our Matrixify spreadsheet (titles, tags, product type, variants, pricing, condition notes, SEO fields, image links).
  • Bulk uploads: Create and maintain bulk listings for eBay and Depop (CSV or bulk tools), including categories, item specifics, shipping profiles, and compliance flags.
  • Data hygiene: De-duplicate, standardise brands, sizes, and conditions (e.g., "Open Box / Unused"), fix capitalisation, and ensure consistent naming.
  • Quality control: Spot errors before import, validate after import, and correct failures (e.g., mapping, category, or policy errors).
  • Inventory & pricing updates: Apply rules for price, markdowns, and stock; keep drafts and live listings in sync across channels.
  • Images & assets: Ensure correct image order, alt text, and that URLs match variants.
  • Documentation: Maintain simple SOPs/checklists so the process is repeatable.

Must-haves

  • Shopify experience.
  • High level of written and spoken English
  • eBay and Depop bulk listing experience (CSV or listing tools).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and written English for titles, bullet points, and condition notes.
  • Your own laptop/PC (reliable, modern) and stable high-speed internet.
  • Highly organised, hard-working, and able to follow checklists/SOPs.
